Exxon-Mobile is an evil corporation and Artis Brown, supposedly an engineer, is an evil apologist. In the most recent add, he repeats the widely discredited talking point that the oil sands pipeline <i>could<\/i> create more than half a million jobs. Why stop there? It <i>could<\/i> create 5 billion jobs. In fact, the Keystone Pipeline is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fair.org\/blog\/2012\/01\/19\/dubious-pipeline-assertions-become-usa-today-headlines\/\">estimated to create as few<\/a> as 500 <i>temporary<\/i> jobs, but surely not more than 6,000 jobs.<\/p>\n<p>This is the add running on &#8220;liberal&#8221; media source MSNBC:<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"450\" height=\"274\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5XQOJipRlJ8\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m sort of on vacation, so just a quick note here.
